Attempted Murder

1. This is how the collusion between the RCMP, the Calgary Police Service, prison officers and security intelligence officers at Drumheller prison conspired to have me seriously injured or killed within the prison.

2. It was the 3rd Day of July 2015, and for the last 19 months they’d prevented me from being released on any type of Day or Full Parole. But in 26 days I was out of there on my Statutory Release. They hadn’t managed to stop that, but not for want of trying.

3. It was 6.30 in the evening and I was on G range in unit 9 (the gang unit) when an Inmate came and informed me that Guards were tossing my cell again. I went down to B range where my cell was located and Guards Ellesworth, Briggs and Menard were in my cell.

4. I asked why they were searching my cell, as they’d searched it 2 days previously, and 2 days before that etc etc. Ellesworth told me to fuck off onto G range and they would come for me when they’d finished.

5. 45 minutes later they call me into their office and produce a box that contained stabbing weapons, drug paraphernalia, tattoo needles, and placed it on the table. They informed me that they were going to file charges against me and locked me up in my cell.

6. At 11.00 pm that night after they had locked down the prison, they came onto B range, removed me from my cell, and marched me to the segregation unit.

7. I was kept in the segregation unit until Wednesday the 8th at which time I had a visit from my Parole officer Jennifer Hart-MacDonald and the Unit 9 manager Mr. Seafoot.

8. They asked me if I wanted to remain in segregation until my release in 21 days. I asked them if I was in any danger by being placed back into general population, or if there were any safety issues I should be worried about.

9. They hummed and hawed but wouldn’t give me a straight answer. I was then released and placed back on Unit 9, the gang Unit.

10. I was quickly informed by numerous inmates on unit 9 and later from Inmates on other Units, that whilst I was incarcerated in segregation the same guards who planted the materials, along with guards Molzahn, Butterworth and others, had been telling the Inmates that I had placed myself in protective custody, and that I was snitching and ratting them out.

11. The guards knew that all it takes, is for one section of the prison gangs, or one Inmate who wanted to make a name for himself, or an Inmate to believe what he had heard by another Inmate, or take what the guards had been spouting for the last 5 days as the truth, and I would be severely beaten up, stabbed or killed.

12. They saw this as their last chance to get me prior to my Statutory Release, and for the next 21 days in Drumheller I was a target. The attack could have happened in my cell, anywhere on my Unit, on my way to meals with other units, or on down time.

13. I also realized at that time, that my Parole officer Jennifer Hart-MacDonald and the Gang Unit manager Mr. Seafoot, knew full well what the guards had been doing, and what could happen to me when they placed me back in general population.

14. Both of them were quite prepared for me to be seriously injured or killed, rather than tell me the truth and report what they knew.

15. Documents and e-mails made available to me after my sentence was over, include e-mails between senior personnel from the Calgary Police Service, to and from senior security and intelligence staff at Drumheller prison. They discuss how to stop me from getting parole, me being placed in segregation, the materials planted in my cell and more.

The sections below are from the Criminal Code of Canada. These and other sections of the Criminal Code of Canada are the sections that these corrupt individuals should be charged under, for what they did to me whilst I was incarcerated in Drumheller prison.

Section 239 of the Criminal Code of Canada: Attempt to commit murder — Every person who attempts by any means to commit murder is guilty of an indictable offence.

Section 465 (1) of the Criminal Code of Canada: Conspiracy – Except where otherwise expressly provided by law, the following provisions apply in respect of conspiracy:
